Delete your account

This deletes your Notamy account — in the app and on this website, it is one account. Deletion can’t be undone.

Your account, your phone number, and the sign-in that goes with it.
Your profile and photos, your Moments and stories, your contacts, the people you follow and who follow you, your saved Moments and your location.
Photos, videos, voice messages and documents you sent in chats: they are deleted and are no longer available to the people you sent them to.
What Wilson keeps about you: your conversation, the tastes and writing style it has learned, your daily answers and their log, your relationship level and your usage events.
Every film and AI creation you have made, and the files behind them.
Anything you uploaded — reference photos, product images, scripts.

What we keep after deletion

The text of messages you sent stays with the people you sent it to, no longer linked to your account.
Streaming copies of videos may remain in our storage for some time after your account is deleted.
No longer linked to your profile, the records we need for safety, fraud prevention and legal reasons: account bans, consent records, payment and credit records, security logs (with the IP address and device type removed) and reports of abuse. Some of these records keep an internal account identifier. They are kept for as long as that purpose or the law requires, which may be longer than 12 months.
A coded form of your phone number, to enforce a ban or a block against it and to give the welcome bonus only once per phone number.
The request records we use to prevent duplicate charges.

Any credits left on the account go with it. They are not refunded and they cannot be moved to another account. If you have credits you have paid for and you are unsure, write to legal@notamy.app before you do this.
