Notamy app
How do I report a message, a person or content?
On a message: long-press it, then Report. On a Moment, a story or a profile: tap the “…” menu, then Report. On an AI result or a comment: tap the flag, then Report.
How do I block someone?
From the same places: long-press one of their messages, tap the flag on one of their comments, or open the “…” menu on their story or their profile, then Block.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Delete account at the bottom. On the web: notamy.app/delete-account. For a copy of your data: in the app, Settings › Privacy › Download Your Data; for any other request about your data, write to legal@notamy.app.
How are my messages protected?
Notamy messages are encrypted in the app before they are sent, with X25519 key exchange and AES-256-GCM encryption. Your encryption keys are generated on your device, and a backup of them is kept with your Notamy account on our servers, so you can restore your chats on a new phone. That backup is protected by your account, not by a password only you know, so Notamy could technically open it and, with it, read your encrypted messages and media. The full list of what is and isn’t encrypted is in the app, in Settings, Privacy, How your chats are protected.
AI features and your consent
Before the first AI use, the app asks for your consent and names the two AI providers it uses, Alibaba Cloud and Google. You can turn AI off at any time: in the app, in Settings › Privacy › AI Features; on this website, from your account menu (“AI features: on · Turn off”). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Film Studio
My film failed. Was I charged?
No. Credits leave your balance only when a film is delivered — a render that fails or that you cancel costs you nothing, and the scenes already shot are kept, so trying again does not re-shoot them. If your balance looks wrong after a failed render, write to us with the film’s share link and we will check the ledger.
The render is taking longer than you said.
The estimate on screen is measured, not guessed, but it is still an estimate — a scene shot as a 30-second take takes roughly twice as long as a 15-second one. You can close the window: the film keeps rendering and waits for you in Your films. If it has been more than an hour, tell us and we will look at it directly.
Something else — the film is wrong, the account, the invoice.
Write to us. Include the share link of the film if there is one; it is the fastest way for us to find the exact render and what happened to it.
Everything Film Studio makes is generated by AI: the films are not footage of real places or people, and every delivered file carries a machine-readable mark saying so. For the company details and the legal documents, see Legal.
